For context I live in the DFW area. I bought this cedar elm from a tree farm back in April 2023. I watered it like crazy during the first summer I had it as it was very hot. I continued water this summer but at a lower cadence. Is the discoloration of the leafs in this case due to lack of water or are there other issues I need to address? I fertilize and use superthrive from time to time. Also side note, I plan to re-mulch the tree base and add a rock barrier to prevent grass from overgrowing.
