Habaneros blossom end rot?

Hey guys! First time poster, hoping you all can give me some guidance. I am still new to growing peppers, been doing it a few years and always learning. Anyway, in the attached pictures you can see there is some discoloration to my habs. They appear dirty but the brownish color will not wash off. They are firm and do not show any signs of rotting. I cut one open and the inside looks normal. This year I mistakenly gave my plants too much nitrogen which caused them blossom later than I would have liked. Additionally with the amount of rain we have had this season, they have received inconsistent and probably too much water. My question is, are these peppers safe to eat? I plan on roasting them and making hot sauce. Thanks in advance!
