Monstera grow in full sun in tropical regions. You certainly aren’t giving it too much light inside your home. Its pretty much impossible to make any diagnosis without information about your care routine.

Maybe a nutrient deficiency. How hot and close is that light? Also how’s the humidity under said light?

I’ve experienced this over-fertilizing.
