It’s about 18-20 feet high and looks like corn, sugar cane and bamboo all at once. I would like to plant more because it’s amazing for privacy. What is it?
It looks like [arundo donax,](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arundo_donax) aka Spanish cane. If you dig around the plant at ground level you’ll see enormous corms from which the plant grows. You divide the corms to get new plants. Be careful though, it’s considered invasive.
