Just got moved into my office at my new job and the lady that was in here before left me her plants! I’ve never seen a snake plant this big/full (pen for scale) and I think the other is a type of monstera? Feel free to lmk what type of plant it is lol

Second picture is a split leaf philodendron, not monstera, i find that the care is similar though.
