Hedge pruning for height?

Hi All

I've a hedge planted two years ago. It's a mix of Beech, hornbeem, blackthorn and other native deciduous varieties. Last year I shortened them to stop them rocking, we're quite exposed in the winter.

Ultimately I want it to be around 2m high. How should I prune them now?
