Plants under growlight

Had these plants for over a year (the bushy D. paradoxa and the Nepenthes for almost 2 years). About 10 months ago they went from a very sunny windowsill (where they were doing great) to dark corner of an office, where I had to get a growlight (Sansi 37w). They are doing ok enough, I would say, including the petiolaris complex Drosera, who need a ton of light.

The Drosera capensis I just transplanted, so they look rough.
