I want to set up irrigation to my plants on the left side of the driveway from my hose bib just on the other side of the fence. Any tips on how I can snake 1/2 inch tubing through the existing gutter under the driveway?

Cover the end of the hose with duct tape to make it slick and streamlined and push it through. Straighten out the hose, leave it in the sun stretched out. Maybe heavier stiffer garden hose might work better than thin black poly, maybe not.

Nuclear option might be cut a small slot at the end of some concrete slabs to slot it in.

Use a fish tape or a shop vac.

Put twine in the drain. Turn shop vac on at end of drain to pull twine to other side. Tie twine to hose. Pull hose through drain. Done.
