HELP what is this??

I would really love some help identifying what these tiny black spots are. I haven’t seen any insects on this plant (located alone in the bathroom), however I believe to have found thrips on some plants in the living room, leading me to check all other plants as well. First time dealing with these and don’t really know where to go from here.
The plant itself does seem quite happy as I haven’t really noticed anything off with it until I looked for thrips, we keep the blinds open in daytime to give it light and water it really only when it’s dry, probably less than once a week.
Oh and I live in Norway, not sure if that would be a contributing factor :))

Unfortunately, this looks like thrips. A little trick I learned is that they despise peppermint oil. Make yourself an insecticidal spray with water, soap and peppermint oil. Spray daily. Or, full on wash your plants. Peppermint oil works for other pests aswell!
