  1. Yes lets take the peoples sanctuary away. With all the strife and anger in the world right now . Please find another lot convert other vacant buildings it cheaper and at some one my age please. That garden has been there for years just let stay.

  2. There’s 51 council members and 63 senators straining our city funds. They couldn’t even come up an innovative idea to create affordable housing. This is proof that we are better without them. The city needs to utilize all the FOR RENT OR LEASE spaces for affordable housing instead of taking away city treasures. Let’s be realistic here, those FOR RENT AND LEASE buildings will never be occupied given the horrible economy. Make them affordable housing. The state has too many chefs in the kitchen! Clean house! Use FOR RENT OF LEASE spaces for housing.

  3. You would think the city would be too busy dealing with all the Rat Bastards over running Gracie Mansion. Thank you Rat Bastards Pogue Mahone.🥰🇺🇲

  4. Housing Crisis? Realy? I think it's about banks wanting to increase their stake in the future. After all these years, all of a sudden there is a country wide shortage of housing?

  5. Really New York, housing? It's what the city does when it wants to get away with something. I'm suprised they didn't use its for the children as a excuse.

  6. They destroy historic landmarks to build quick crap that will benefit a few people and enrich the developer. I wonder who in NYC govt. is on the take.
