What’s wrong with my calamansi?

Planted this calamansi tree about a year ago now, it’s barely grown and leaves are always a yellowish colour.
It fruited within days of planting but I removed the fruit to conserve energy for growth, since then it’s flowered a couple of times but that’s all.
Any suggestions to promote more growth/healthier leaves/fruit?
