New plants covered in bugs

I've just taken delivery of some new baby plants – Asclepias Tuberose, and they're covered in orange bugs. Does anyone know what they are and how best to get rid/what to spray them with, without damaging the new plants. Also have I got and chance of recompense from the company I bought them from – J Parker Bulbs.

  1. looks like some species of aphid. for my established plants i dowse them in water with washing up liquid, though, i would wait for someone else with better advice.
IIRC the soap can damage the plant :c

silver lining is you know that nursery isn’t using pesticides:D
