I was given a couple sick-amore (Sycamore) seedlings and they seem to be in shock. Any help?

As stated in the title I was given these seedlings and they’re in shock from the initial transplant from soil to pot. Repotted them yesterday in the pictured pots, but looking for advice to rejuvenate them. Pruning, fertilizer, etc. Thanks in advance for any advice!
