Before and after, 2 weeks since overseed. All manual watering
Bought this house in late August, yard was 99% crabgrass and weeds.
Started with a broadleaf selective weed killer. Scalped everything as low as I could go, detached and scarified. Hit with 80 lbs of lime (front and back) based on soil tests.
Overseeded with a mix of Valkyrie, titanium, and spider (all LS). Dropped 20-0-10 right on top of it.
Unfortunately the unpredictable southeast VA weather brought some weeds up with it but pleased with the result. Hit the bare spots that didn’t germinate with some seed on Friday as soil temps are still high here
