I forgot about this hawthoria I bought a year ago so naturally it thrived. I’m repotting now but is there any way to separate these pups or is that just part of the main plant?

you can separate them now but i recommend waiting for the pups to grow bigger and have more roots after you repot for better growth.
You can break them off and lay em in the dirt- don’t touch em after that tho. Or wait for roots and go that route
