I've had it about 2 years. About 4 months ago it started getting these brown spots. It's on a shelf in indirect bright light in the kitchen (see last pic). It has been reported into lechuza PON since the brown spots appeared, but this has not helped. It's watered every 10 days since it has been in the pon. It is not sitting in water.

The photos aren’t close up enough to tell, but given the brown spots, I would guess thrips. Maybe treat for thrips and see if that helps.
Did you fertilize the soil recently? Usually the edges of the leaves get brown when they get more than they can handle.
If not that, something might be reflecting sunlight onto it somehow. They look like burns to me.
It could also be thrips, but the pattern of the spots seems weird for that.
