I got this silver satin about 3 weeks ago and when I got it I noticed a few yellow patches and brown tips but I just chalked it up to the green house conditions.
It gets bright/medium indirect light as I only have north facing windows and I water it around 1 times a week every 10 days or so and I use a moisture meter to make sure the soil is mostly dry between waterings. I also do have a humidifier and my room stays relatively between 50%-60% humidity.
I found some thripes in other plants and they have been removed before being placed anywhere near this guy, however just to be on the safe side all my plants have beneficial predatory mites in them just in case.
