Either give it FAAAR more light or get a new one and watch it get weiner shaped while looking for light.(Providing light now won’t fix anything already grown but it will make new growth normal)

Chop off the thin part, give it more light. Cactus won’t survive indoors receiving light through a window. They must be outside or supplemented with a grow light indoors.
