I got this plant for someone who moved out of the country about a year ago. It’s got several leaves with brown spots, and while some of the new ones look healthy, a few have small holes, and one of the new leaves has brown spots too. I use a moisture meter and water it when the soil’s dry. Any tips on what I should do?
Thanks in advance.

Edit: originally suggested overwatering but just double checked a few trusted blogs and black tips on edges may indicate under watering

I’m thinking it needs a slightly larger pot. Looks like the soil is drying out for too long in between watering? Fiddle leaf’s (especially in warmer months) tend to be thirsty
