Hello, I've been looking for some grandiflorus to add to my collection and use to practice grafting/eventual rootstocks. PlantNet, the identification apps I use, loves to tell me every other cactus is Echinocereus coccineus (the other is Mammillaria hahniana, lmao) and I no longer trust it.
(I personally disagree with painting cacti, but I might purchase 1 or 2 if the species is right).
- Are these grandiflorus bybrids?
- Any identification apps out there that accurately IDs cacti?

P.S. I really wish they'd label these stupid painted/plastic flowered cacti, at least with genus level, even if Altmans gets their label wrong half the time
