Looks like a great setup, I’d use only clay pebbles as that medium will alleviate some pest problems. How old is the grow?
It’s hard to say what’s wrong. Big factors could be water temperature and ph/ec. That’s what we don’t know.
In my opinion, your growth is looking good as far as i can see.
Just lack of light. There’s enough there for them to grow but slowly and possibly leggy. This same setup on a window sill is basically what I have for three DWCs and I find winter is actually still a little dark for their preferences but they manage. Try doubling up the lights if you are able. Best of luck. Looks great
