Yesterday I noticed these tiny bugs on my basil leaves. What are they and should I be concerned or are they harmless? I understand they're a bit too tiny for a proper identification, but the picture was getting blurred when trying to get closer (don't have a macro camera).
For context: the basil grows up on a balcony. Basil's given name: O' Tacos.

Hard to tell but kinda looks like thrips.
