My little trash can operation was ridiculously smelly and rank. Dumped a bunch of cardboard and mixed more consistently. Some weeks later and the rank smell is gone and it smells like a sweet rainforest floor.
There's maybe 30lbs worth but I'm not sure exactly. Thoughts?

Looks good! This is what normal finished compost looks like before sifting. The smell says it all.
