So, since the text and multimedia sections are different things apparently, here is the explanation:

Hi there : ) I have a propagated photos that has been living with me for about 4 months now! I really like the look of the water and has been thriving so far, however i left for a 3 weeks and my roomate did not change the water and i came home to my photos having some yellow leaves 🙁

It looks like the roots are very tight in there, so i guess the issue could not only be the water, but maybe rootbound? Also, it’s fair to say that the leaves have been getting smaller and smaller lately, although that may be because of the light (rainy europe yaaaay). Please help!!!

Did you change location of the plant ? Did you change water types ? Without a bit more info, I’ll share with you what I’ve done with a struggling water propagation. So the pothos itself developed root rot. My friend clipped as many props as she could to make sure this many years old pothos could continue growing. Shock set in. Several props were dying fast. The local nursery suggested she try switching to using rainwater. This was really the only option she had. After a short period of time, these props started to deepen in color; they’d stopped dropping leaves. She’d simply top off any water that had evaporated. It seemed to take a few weeks longer however these props looked much healthier. She planted them all and they currently hang out in their new spot for the winter. This worked for her, maybe you could give it a try too. Hope you find the answer soon.
