West/Central FL, my neighbor has 3 vines growing over the fence. One is bitter melon, one is ivy and one produces this bumpy nutsack looking fruit. Any ideas what it is?

That’s not an air potato I used to grow them they are edible. You just have to soak them in salt water to draw out all the starch The potatoes on the vine don’t get that big and they grow right off the vine not shooting out from a flower
