Lesson learned I somehow always managed to get away without using grub control but this year was my year to experience those suckers. They heavily destroyed my beautiful lawn changed my home appearance completely. Funny thing is I have a neighbor who has a landscaping company and always suggested to put down grub control during our lawn conversations. Well le$$on learned.
First 2 pics are from detaching all the dead grass damaged by grubs.
3rd pic is where my lawn is now after reseeding, watering 2x a day, fertilizer. Slowly recovering.
Last picture is where my lawn was before. I dont do much besides test soil during spring add whatever it needs and put down pre/post emergent weed killer. Then I use a fertilizer here and there, and cut frequently.

From my understanding you are suppose to apply grub control in the spring . Did you do that this year or just recently.
How much did you turn up the saturation/contrast on the “after pic”?
