Overwintering Gazania?

I'd like to overwinter the Gazania on this bed. Is there any hope of doing so? I have frost fleece material or is that a waste of time? If the material can be used do I just fix it over the top of the bed over the plants or should it be raised above like a sort of tent?

Quite new to gardening. I do have a little heated cold frame (a bit too warm actually as the geraniums flowered all winter last year)! but would only have space for a couple of the plants.

If the fleece is worth a try when do I cover up as the plants are still blooming at the moment and weather is quite mild but I assume one cold night is game over?

South East England (Essex).

Thanks

You can fleece the bed but all those plants will die off in the first frosts. You can then add some compost on top of the dahlias and gladiolus so they survive and not sure where you are in the country but suspect Gazania will not make it as more an annual in the U.K. in my experiences.
