3 week progress

First time homeowner that had to deal with your typical new construction lawn this season. Thin, patchy, and full of weeds. Scalped, aerated, top-dressed with compost, and overseeded perennial rye on 9/18. Second pic is a few days ago before the first mow. Last pic is today after the second mow. Still have some weeds to deal with but overall thrilled with the results so far. Miles ahead of what I had in the spring.
