They are not deep enough in the pot. When you repot them they should be potted at the same level as they were in previous pot. If that pot is too shallow to do that then you need a deeper pot. Medium looks good and light seems to be ok also. The one on left is mammallaria the other two are echinopsis Good luck and don’t over water them!!
