I assume this pot has no inner pot, like a nursery pot, inside it? An aloë needs way more drainage than it’s currently getting. As it is, it takes the soil too long to get dry which this plant is not equipped to deal with. So, put a little plastic pot inside that stone pot, replace the soil with something more draining like 20% vermiculite and have patience, as recovery may take a while.
