Got given a seedling which I grafted, he said it was “nitro” or “nitra” anyone able to offer 2 cents as to what the genetics may be?

Heya, I know it's basically impossible to guess what the genetics are based on a photo let alone a seedling but does nitro or nitra mean anything to anyone? I might be mis remembering but just wondering if that's a cultivar 🙂
