My house is pretty dark, but there is one west facing window and these plants get maaaaybe 1 hour of direct sun per afternoon, but probably less than that due to trees and the angle.
Despite not thinking they get enough direct light for burning to happen, the leaves really do look burned.
(Leopard lily and elephant ears, I’ve had them both about 2 weeks and have watered maybe once a week)

looks fungal. i’d get copper fungicide and see if that helps. if not start treating w an antibacterial spray/treatment. before both of these though, have you checked thoroughly for pests? and what is your watering routine?
