orange leaves??

so i have several calatheas, my standard routine is water weekly by dumping them in the shower for a minute or so and misting the underside of leaves with a spray bottle (unless top soil is still damp from last watering) and then misting with neem oil solution and polishing with a microfibre cloth monthly to keep pests away and shine/remove dust. they’re positioned near bathroom and humidifier and away from direct sunlight but the room is bright. all of them are happily producing new shoots dispute their orange leaves (two affected plants having one orange leaf each) and the only change in routine i can think of is weather as it gets colder as i keep the windows agar 24/7 for fresh air flow. help ??

    Orange leaf = old leaf

Leaves don’t last forever and having 1 dead leaf on a plant isn’t really cause for concern, especially as the seasons change

To me, for that one specifically, it just looks like an older leaf having had its time and dying off. Calatheas do regularly lose older foliage to age/time.

One older leaf (usually at the bottom of the plant) going yellow/orange and dying back is fine. It’s when it’s multiple across the whole plant that you need to get worried 🙂 As long as it is putting out new growth, which I think I see in the background there, the leaf will soon be replaced.
