Help with new lawn Bermuda 419 (North Texas/DFW)

TLDR: 1st year sod, how do I prep for winter?

Moved into a new house this year (yay!) and it has Bermuda 419. Brand new sod, put in late spring/early summer this year. We did not pick the grass- new build community and this was what the builder uses. I’ve taken care of plenty of yards but never Bermuda nor a hybrid (usually St Augustine). It’s still in 80-90F here but planning ahead for winter. Any tips?
Currently:
watering 3 days a week. About .5-.75”
Mow once a week
Applied a pesticide in June and end of September (can’t remember type but was the one that the house community recommended due to army worms showing up in people’s yards)
General yawn Fertilizer (10-10-10) applied start of September.

With Bermuda 419 being a hybrid, I can’t overseed (right?). I plan on applying a nitrogen fertilizer in a week or two when temps are consistently in 80s. Anything else I should do? Yawn has seemed healthy- no major issues. Some minor weeds but I have been hand weeding as I didn’t want to apply any herbicide on year 1 sod.
Thanks for any advice

WARNING: The window for SAFE seeding in all but the most southern cool season zones (SW U.S.) has now closed. The next recommended window is dormant seeding, when soil temps are between 50F and 33F.

Regardless, if you are you looking for information about how to overseed a cool season lawn? You can find a comprehensive guide [in this post here.](https://www.reddit.com/r/lawncare/s/pUsKCxyvwQ)
