Hiii, new home came with this tree and never looked into it. I walked really close to it today and noticed these fruits on it, that kind of look like pears. Can someone let me know what they might be? Thank you!!!

Invasive species in North America and banned in many states
Bradford pear, or Calley pear.
You should cut it down. On top of being an ecological menace as an invasive species they grow fast but with weak branches that start to just fall off the tree when they are about that size.
Bradford pear. Also known as the cum tree. Closely related to Asian pear so its fruits look like miniature Asian pears. Invasive in the US
That there is a fruit you don’t want in the USA cut it down now
