Hello everyone, I have had this plant for over 15 years after being shared as a small plant by my grandmother, who has raised its mother plant for over 20 years herself, it has grown, gone down in size, grown again, but as of this year specifically it has only been downhill with it. In the first image, it was at its most beautiful stage so far, but from the 2nd image you can see just how weak it is, and I have no idea how or what to do in order to save it.

I find that cactus soil with perlite or something similar in the mix is the best with these. Growlight in winter months is also good. And watering once a month and when you do water it, give it a good sip. They also like lots of light from the south.
