The section in question is the black mulch / four tree area. Theres a cement slab under ~6” of the worst soil known to man (700ppm lead, among other issues).
My ideas:
– big ass greenhouse
– clear off the slab and have more raised beds
– clear off the slab and have some kind of kid infrastructure.
Looking for any input/other ideas! Thanks in advance

I like the big greenhouse idea. If you have the money for putting up something like that I’d go for it!

I’d vote for raised beds. Could terrace them. Perhaps in one area an above ground box for a tree if you wanted to have some privacy. Could have a bench built into it. Bit of an issue with the wires overhead, though.
