This is a mix of wood shavings, straw, chicken poop and grass shavings. I've been turning it every other week for about three months. It warmed up initially but has been cold since and has gone clumpy. I mixed in a wheelbarrow of grass clippings two weeks ago, and even peed on it, but no change.
It doesn't smell of ammonia and it's not dripping wet, so I don't know what it needs. Any idea how I make sure it's compost by spring?
