Does she want to lay down?

Hi all, I’ve had this mammillaria for 4 years. For the first year I treated her with love but I was new to plant and actually did more harm than good. Since I was a bit petty, and she wasn’t growing I kinda “abandoned” her on the balcony and I didn’t water her or take care of her for a year and a half ( I did water her occasionally). She grew like crazy: when I first got her she was less than an inch tall!

I started to care more about her and I repotted in this vase. She has been blooming for at least 4 months straight and I’d say she’s quite happy.

I have seen that some mammillaria like to grow occasionally, could it be the case for this one too? I already checked for root rot and that’s not it. She’s on the balcony so she gets a good deal of light and I turn her quite frequently.
