What are the odds this plants just alternates between ghost leaves and leaves with green? 4th pic is the mother leaf but this thing seems to be completely white on one side of the stem!
I would cut off the first white leaf at this point (the fenestrated one).
Seems like unusually bad luck though, so yes, it might be a habit. In case you’re interested in arbitrary data points — over the past months I’ve been growing 10 cuttings from scratch (from zero-leaves: initially just sticks with an aerial root and a growth point), and out of the 35 or so leaves that have grown since then, only one has been solid white. And the next two leaves after that full moon one weren’t full moons
