Helpme r/PlantIdentification, you’re my only hope.

We've had this plant for nearly 20 years now and we've never found its name. Can you help please?
She currently stands at 6' ish, has green leaves with white spots and red underside. Leaves grow in an alternating pattern roughly 1" spacing between on the stalk. Largest leaf is 14" from tip to top. Waxy feel to leaves and woody stem for 2' of main trunk. Good luck folks. Thanks in advance for your help.
