Be proactive on bug control and fungus if it rains alot. Most weeds are pretty easy to get rid of. Prodiamine/ stonewall is a good pre-emergent to stop weeds from sprouting. Some weeds like clumping fescue and poa triv require lots of pulling and/or non selective herbicide aka glyphosate or similar.
