Any idea what these are?

Hi yall
recently I found a bunch of these crawling around my tropical terrarium. They prefer the wet and dark areas of the terrarium. And usually stick to the surface. I don't have any pets in there yet and before that I want to make sure these are not a danger to frogs.

Any hints?
