From the previous post: I want to know more about the branch I circled in the following link. Looks very close to Hypoxylon Canker (in that case this tree is toast).
I do municipal work so I can’t speak to the pricing of the services but fertilization for mature trees is almost always unnecessary. I would get 2 or 3 more quotes.

The canopy is very thin and the newly dead section is abnormal. Something else is going on that the rep missed.
