Chop and prop advice for this leggy boi

I rescued this guy a couple years ago and after our most recent move he’s been sagging. I’d like to cut and propagate sweet Ricky here. Looking for suggestions. He was leggy when he came to us but it’s gotten out of hand, he’s nearly up to the ceiling at the new spot. Happy to give him a grow light and whatever he needs to thrive. (Yes there is a sprout in his pot that is not a flf).

  1. Slow way you could air root it over 3 months above where you want to chop. Higher success rate. Faster, pick a spot (I’d go a meter or more up from the floor) cut with cleaned shears, cover both chopped ends in rooting hormone, let the top chopped part callous for a day, remove just enough leaves to make a new trunk and stick it in perlite with water till roots grow 4-6 weeks, repot and water daily for a week till it’s acclimated to soil then normal watering. Should do the trick.
