Jose Buono pushing out new leaves without variegation

How can I help buono?
I was gifted him about a month ago, big variegated leaves except for the youngest. It’s soil was root bound in hard dried out soil and crazy moss not really secured so i repotted and gave new fresh moss pole, it’s pushed out 4 leaves and a baby at the base of the pot since! But they’re all solid green ?
I’ve tried making an airlayering moss ball around some aerial roots near some variegated bottom leaves. But honestly when it was gifted all the aerial roots were crispy and crumbling i don’t see those taking off to make cuts.

Jose Buono’s can lose and gain variegation in my experience

I have the same problem! I have heard it’s temp related. They gain more variegation when they are hotter. 🤷‍♀️

You can try more light, I saw a video once of someone saying that theirs would lose color in lower light.

    More like, Jose No Bueno.
    I crack myself up.

    These things happen. 🤷🏻‍♂️
