Tree fell over during Milton and I’m not sure if this is something I can handle on my own. I started cutting down the limbs not touching the ground but I’m nervous about the tree shifting when I cut the branches that are touching the ground. Any advice on how to handle?

If you’re not sure, hire a pro. Tree work is dangerous if you don’t know what you are doing.
That said, try to learn what you can while the pros work. Watch some YouTube videos afterwards, and maybe even sign up for a short course for chainsaw or felling.
