That’s about the right price for a 5ft Norfolk so you’re getting a steal. Probably would be $400+ at a nursery.

For reference, my store sold a tiny little 1-foot high version of this plant for like 50$’ish. Buy it, love it, and google the proper care for this wonderful gift 🙂
