A long-disputed development in Brooklyn is turning into a fight over too much shade. The proposed 10-story tower threatens to cast shadows over the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. CBS News New York’s Nick Caloway has the latest on the plans.

Next door to the building I live in, the ugliest building has been constructed.
It's covering all our windows from getting any sunlight. I used to have light coming in tru SIX windows.. Now I only get light from TWO windows.
I swear.. that building has been made out of cardboard like materials. No bricks and barely any cement. It's a fire hazard and not worth all the money NYC expects you to pay.
We are moving out of NYC.
