In many cases, mushrooms in container gardens aren’t a cause for concern. It could just mean that the soil is on the wetter side, could use more airflow, and/or rich in organic material. Personally, I’ve never had an issue with mushrooms but I just like to remove them so they don’t multiple and take up too much space in my grow bags or buckets. I will also monitor the soil and in some cases, trim lower leaves to increase airflow. In this case, the cover on the grow bag was likely increasing the moisture and reducing the airflow, resulting in mushroom growth at the bottom.
